Our favorite everyday salt, but packed with nutrients! We blended sustainably-grown Wakame seaweed from regenerative ocean farms in Alaska with sea salt from California to create an exquisite seaweed salt that adds essential nutrients and a burst of flavor to your favorite dishes.
To use, add wherever you use salt: avocado toast, eggs, pasta, veggies, popcorn, fish, salad dressing … the options are endless!

Daybreak Seaweed Co. founder Catherine grew up next to the ocean, exploring the tide pools of Southern California as a child. Always fascinated by the intersection of food and nature, she worked on organic farms after studying Biology in college. It was on these small vegetable farms that she fell in love with working outside in rhythm with nature and being part of a regenerative local food system that provides nutritious food. Catherine has studied coastal ecology, permaculture, and sustainable agriculture, and is inspired to be part of a women-owned company trying to use business as one piece in a holistic puzzle to mitigate climate change and create a better world.
