Tazzy Candy

Tazzy's founders, Delia Hughes (she/her) and Lindsay Simon (she/her), met at college studying food science, where they worked in a candy lab together! They founded Tazzy with the intention to make hard candy delicious again.

Hard candy gets a bad rep for living at the bottom of your grandmother's purse, so Delia and Lindsay decided to give hard candy a new life; one with personality, style, and flavor. They cleaned up the ingredients, removed the sugar, and crafted juicy, indulgent, and functional varieties. 

What inspired Tazzy Candy?

We love food innovation and saw an opportunity to disrupt the hard candy space and bring a totally fresh take to the category! We have a passion for limiting sugar in our own diets, so we decided to create a lower sugar hard candy that delivers vibrant, delicious flavors crafted for an adult palate.

How would you describe Tazzy Candy to a friend?
Tazzy Candy is on a mission to make hard candy delicious again, while building a fun, relevant, and playful brand. We celebrate individualism by creating personas for every product. This is Tazzy's way of showing how different styles and personalities bring better flavor to the world!
