Shipping & Handling

Where do you ship?

We and our Brand Partners ship nationally to all 51 states within the Unites States of America.

Some of our brands may be shipping from another country to the USA, which may affect shipping costs. This will be reflected at checkout.

How are your shipping fees calculated?

We ship with a flat rate for both domestic and international brands. All shipping is reimbursed to the brands to help them cover the cost. Despite what Amazon has taught us all to believe, shipping is a service that costs money! When you pay shipping, you make it so a small business doesn't have to take on that cost. Thank you.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

Return policies get tricky when you sell products from many different brands. That being said, there's a good chance we'll be able to process a return if you meet all of the following criteria: 

  • You received your product 30 days (or less) ago.
  • Your item is in the same condition that you received it, with tags still on, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You did not purchase the item on sale.
  • Your item is not from our personal care section.
  • Your item is not from our pantry section.

If you believe you are eligible for a return, check the brand's page for their support email. We suggest reaching out to them first with any questions and concerns. Of course, you can always email us with questions too: hello@bewomn.com. We’re here to advocate on your behalf! 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@bewomn.com as soon as possible to make any changes to your order. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your request before your order is processed, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything. Therefore, the faster you let us know the better!

How long will it take my order to arrive?

It depends! Our vendors do our best to get you your order ASAP. Please contact us at hello@bewomn.com if your order still hasn't arrived within 7-10 days.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Check your order confirmation email. Under "view order" a tracking number will appear when your order is on it's way!

My order is lost or damaged, what do I do?

Email us ASAP at hello@bewomn.com. We'll get it sorted!

What happens if an item is now out of stock, but I’ve already placed an order for it?

We will email you to let you know, as well as provide you with a refund.

What is your refund policy?

Like everything else, refund policies vary by vendor. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@bewomn.com, or to the brand directly by using their listed support email. We'll help you get it sorted.

How will my order arrive?

Depending on how many brands you ordered from, your order may arrive from different sources in separate packages.
