Dip

Kate Assaraf (she/her) has been featured in Allure, Cosmopolitan Magazine, BYRDIE, and in 2020 she was named a "Woman Of Courage" in Insigniam Quarterly's issue celebrating female leaders who "think big, confront challenges head-on and never, ever take the well-worn path". When she isn't behind the scenes branding you can find her trail running, skiing or surfing and leading a genuinely eco-conscious life to help protect Earth's natural playgrounds for future generations.

Dip Premium Hair Care is an environmental awareness company parading around as a damn good personal care company, not the other way around. Kate loves hair but the secret goal of Dip is to inspire you to buy better and buy less.

What inspired Dip?

I made Dip specifically because I was tired of shampoo and conditioner bars telling me they were salon level haircare when they clearly weren't!

How would you describe Dip to a friend?
I made Dip for people who are tired of trying to do the right thing for the planet, only to get disappointed by products that don't meet their expectations. The Dip hair care bars were obsessively formulated for people who want to be eco-friendly but not look eco-friendly. It's not zero-waste if it doesn't work!
